Fr Guy Nicholls, the Vice-Chairman of the Association, long standing member, and who is working on the simplification of chants for the Graduale Parvum, celebrated the 40th anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood on the vigil of the feast of the Assumption 2023. Mass was celebrated at the church of St Mary and St John, Wolverhampton. The ordinary was Mass IX, Cum Iubilo, and the propers were taken from the Graduale Parvum. A very special Mass of celebration, the music was authentic to the Church’s current chant books, and all within the capability of most parish choirs. The Mass was recorded and can be viewed here.
